Join Habitat for Humanity of Knox County for our annual 5K and 1-Mile Run/Walk.

Our race routes offer a beautiful tour of Gambier and Kokosing Gap Trail.
Our Run/Walk is for all abilities!
Our routes are fully accessible and participants and run or walk to enjoy this event!
Proceeds from this event support Habitat for Humanity of Knox County’s Ramp Up
and Home Build programs.
RUN/WALK Date: May 23, 2026
8am - Check-in and Race Day Registration Opens
9am - 5K Walk/Run Start
9:05 am - 1-Mile Walk/Run Start
STROLLERS - stroller are allowed on the race course, we just ask that you line up near the end for your safety and the safety of other participants.
POST RACE - FOOD/DRINK - After you cross the finish line, Habitat will provide water, fruit, and post-race snacks.
WEATHER - This event will happen rain or shine.

We’d love to have you join us as a volunteer for the Habitat for Humanity, Knox County 5K + 1 Mile Fun Run! There are a variety of ways to get involved, including
Race Set Up,
Registration,
Course Spotters,
Post-Race Attendants, and
Clean Up.
Shifts are available on the volunteer calendar, and we welcome all ages and abilities. Volunteering is a great way to serve your community—and it can also count as sweat equity hours for Partner Families!
